“As your guide, I will offer a safe space of freedom to relax, explore, discover, and grow your innermost strengths to empower you to work through what is in your way. My counseling approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and collaborative”.

YOU are the expert of your life. My role as your therapist is not to judge or tell you how to live your life, but to facilitate hope, healing, and direction in the most authentic way possible. I have extensive experience as an addiction therapist. My style is solution focused, client-centered, and integrative, gained from years of counseling experience in crisis, addiction, recovery, behavioral, and mental health settings.

You deserve freedom from the complexities of your emotional experiences and you no longer have to feel resigned, defeated, and stuck. Whether you are a parent of a teenager who you just can’t seem to understand or connect with, a teenager or a young adult that is grappling with purpose, healthy coping, and meeting life on life’s terms – you don’t have to go through these struggles alone. As your guide, I will offer a safe space of freedom to relax, explore, discover, and grow your innermost strengths to empower you to work through what is in your way.

In the words of Nelson Mandela, “may your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.” I invite you to grow into new ways to live and thrive, unlearn learned behaviors that aren’t serving you, and dive deep into the unknown and new perspectives. Together, we will generate resolutions to help you live your biggest, most empowered life possible.

About me: Native Houstonian. Alumna from the University of Houston where I earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies and a Master’s of Education in Counseling. I have clinical interest and expertise as an addiction therapist.

Fun facts: I am a certified yoga instructor (200 RYT) and enjoy creating Spotify playlists tailored to my yoga class. I also can provide trauma-informed yoga as part of my therapeutic practice. My purebred German Shepherd Luna also knows all of the commands for the Canine Good Citizen test to become a therapy dog. Like mother like fur-daughter!
