Life has a way of knocking us down when we least expect it—
When we struggle to reach our goals and can’t figure out why.
When we act in ways we promised ourselves we wouldn’t.
When we get the thing we thought would make us happy… and still feel empty.
When we crave connection but can’t seem to find it.
When we look in the mirror and barely recognize ourselves.

We all carry baggage, and sometimes, we just need help making sense of it. There’s nothing wrong with needing support—in fact, the therapeutic relationship itself is often the most powerful part of healing.

As a counselor-in-training, I prioritize creating a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore the pieces of your story and begin to reconnect with yourself.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Panic Attacks

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Post-Traumatic Stress

  • Attachment and Relationship Struggles

  • Anger

  • Low Self-Confidence

I’m also developing two group therapy offerings:

  • Adolescent Boys Social Skills Group – A space to build emotional intelligence, empathy, and healthy masculinity—especially for teens influenced by media figures like Andrew Tate or Joe Rogan.

  • Porn Addiction Recovery Group – A supportive, shame-free group for those wanting to understand and manage compulsive porn use and reconnect with their values.

If you’re seeking help or feeling scared and unsure where to begin, reach out to me—and let’s talk. You don’t have to struggle alone.

I offer low-cost counseling services on a sliding scale as part of my graduate training at the University of Houston. Healing takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you take that first step.
