For In-Person Sessions
Your therapist will meet you at the office located at 627 W 19th St #203, Houston, TX 77008. If you get there before the time of your appointment and the building is locked, please wait patiently and your clinician will come get you at the time of your appointment. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself. We provide the space and the tissues…if you need them!
For Teletherapy
All you need is a computer or a cell phone with a camera – our seamless, secure online platform will handle the rest. Teletherapy sessions are online from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office, car, or closet.
Of course, sometimes your therapist may say some really great things you may want to write down. So a pen and paper may be handy as well!
